‍ ‍Cancellation of a Clinic/Lessons:

‍Clinics and associated lessons take a lot of work and time to coordinate and as such there are strict rules around how we need to operate.

We understand that plans can change, and you may need to cancel your lesson. To ensure a smooth process for all parties, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

‍Payments – payment in full is required 7 days prior to Clinics/lessons we accept cash or bank transfer.

Cancellation Notice and Fees:

‍ We kindly request 72 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a fee of 50% of the lesson fee.

‍ ‍‍

Last-Minute Cancellations:

‍Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged the full lesson fee unless you are able to find a replacement participant. We are happy to assist you in finding a replacement. If no replacement can be found, the full lesson fee will still apply.

No-Show Fee:

A missed lesson without prior notice will result in a no-show fee equal to 100% of the lesson fee.

Emergency Situations:

If an unforeseen emergency necessitates a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will work together to find an appropriate solution.

Weather Conditions:

If adverse weather conditions present, Clinic/ lessons will be rescheduled, and full refund if you cannot attend new date.

Insurance Waiver Forms:

When attending our clinics/lessons we require all participants to complete a waiver form. Parental consent waiver for participants under 16 years of age – Parents must be in attendance for the lesson.

By attending clinics or lessons at Rivendell Park, you agree to comply with our Cancellation Policy.
